Where are you on the road?

I'm the one holding everything together.

The one everyone leans on

From Shane

Nobody asks the caregiver how the caregiver is doing. I did four years of it and I got good at the logistics and terrible at the rest. Two things, and I mean them: let one person do one real thing for you this week, and stop apologizing for being tired. You are carrying a house on your back. Of course you are tired.

The book. When you get a night to yourself, this is the book. It will not tell you what to do. It will tell you someone else stood where you are. On the Healing Road
